Amigos de la Ópera de A Coruña, Spain

The month of September will continue with the pre-conference for Mozart's opera, La Finta Semplice, which can be enjoyed on September 26 and 28 at the Teatro Colón, with a production by Friends of the Opera, directed by Gianmaria Aliverta. Guiseppe Sabbatini returns to the A Coruña Opera Season this time to take over as musical director of the Galicia Symphony Orchestra. He will convey the magic of opera to schoolchildren in A Coruña and its surrounding area.

This year, two double sessions are planned, to be held on October 21 and 22, where more than 1,000 schoolchildren will participate in the Opera for Children sessions at the Afundación Auditorium.

Anthony Web will play Polidoro; Christian Pursell will play Cassandro and Marina Zyatkova will play Ninetta. Diana Alexe will play Rosina and Angela Schisano will play Giacinta. Caio Durán will play the role of Fracasso and David Cervera will play Simone.

On Thursday, September 25th, at 9:00 p.m., the Afundación press room will host a pre-event conference led by Julián Jesús Pérez.
